I have somehow managed to get a choice of 3 'calendars' and two 'contacts' on
my Outlook. The duplicates are blank, but they are the default ones so they
always have to be changed - and my PDA only syncs with them. To get into my
actual calendar and contacts, i have to click the radio button that says
'calendar / contacts / tasks in Personal Folders'.
Can anyone help me get rid of the duplicates (they wonlt delete) and make my
''calendar / contacts / tasks in Personal Folders' into the only ones I have?
With thanks for any help available.

Outlook 2003 I assume? Switch to the Folder List view. What do you see
there? Are the calendar/contacts folders located in separate pst-file or are
these subfolders within the same pst-file?

Dear Robert, thanks for getting in touch. In switching to folder view and
trying to sort things out, I have managed to lose the real Contacts and
Calendar and am left with only the empty ones. I have everything backed up on
a USB drive, but do not know how to restore the real files. It was in
restoring from my back-ups that I created the double-calendar and
double-contacts problem in the first place.
You will have guessed that I'm an amateur at this - but my life is on this
system, so very grateful for your patience and any help you mcan give.
