Labels are set up as a table. You can create new pages of labels the same
way you extend any table (by inserting rows or pressing Tab at the end to
get a new row), but this doesn't work well for all labels. If all the table
rows are the same size (make sure you have table gridlines displayed so you
can tell), then you can create new pages this way, but if there are narrow
separator rows between the label rows, even selecting two rows (one wide and
one narrow) before using Insert Rows won't work (though copying and pasting
may).
If you want to create more than a sheet or two of labels, the most efficient
way is with a mail merge. When you use a Labels merge, Word takes care of
all that for you.
