Can you please tell me if it is possible to have more than
one email recipient for the form results to go to?

If you have your own domain name, another alternative could be your
email configuration allowing email forwarding to more than one email
address. You would access that facility from your control panel at
your web host.

Thanks Thomas for that. I have printed this document out
and just have one other question regarding it. In Step
No. 4, it says to type the Reply-to email address in - I
have never done this as I didn't know what it was for - do
I need it?

Thanks

You have to enter a field name from your form where a user would enter their
email address. Then when the form is received, click reply to sender in a
email application will fill in the email address of the user that completed
the form.

The name that you have given the field on your form where you ask the user
to enter their email address.
