More piviot table issues

When i Create a piviot table in Excel 2000 and send it out to users having
excel 97 sr2 they dont get the row field drop downs how do make sure they
get them

In Excel 97, the field item dropdowns aren't available. You can
double-click on a field button, and select items to show or hide.
