more on the clipboard

Carey - Thanks for the reply. I followed your steps but
the clipboard only shows me the last bit of text that I
copied. Is there any way to see the text I copied a few
times back?

Perform the following:

1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in:
CLIPBRD.EXE , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: ClipBoard Viewer , and click "Finish"
4. A ClipBoard Viewer shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.

the clip board usually overwrites every time you save. i created a folder to save these contents so they don't get overwritten. hope this helps.
