More Excel Passwords!

Hi - I need to open an XLS file from Access that has two passwords, one to
open and one to modify. Does anyone know the code to pass the second
password to Access? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi,
there are 2 arguments for both passwords:

Workbooks.Open Filename:= _
"C:\Book1.xls", Password:="open", WriteResPassword:="modify"
