I am using Word to enter in 50+ pages of data entry. The entries look like this
January 2007= <tab>578 days<tab>$523
February 2007= <tab>489 days<tab>$634
March...
and on for all 50 pages. I am positive that Word has a function that will
automatically enter the next month/year in sequence when I hit enter. I just
cannot remember who to do it. Any help? Also, I do not want to use Excel.

Thank you, and happy day before Friday!

Hi ashleymh,

AFAIK, no. You could do it with some field coding, but that'd probably be rather more complex than the results justify. Still, if
you're keen to see how to do this and just about everything else you might want to do with dates in Word, check out my Word Date
