Monthly view scrolls involuntarily-outlook 2003

Monthly view scrolls - jumps around all on it's own! maddening. In outlook
'03. Can anyone help?
 
assuming its not your mouse... do you have speech enabled? it can pick up
noises and make the computer act possessed.
