Monitoring user account information

hi,

what tool can i use to view in an efficient and flexible
way info such as which accounts havent loggoed on to the
domain for xx period of time (indicative of ghost
accounts), which groups exist on DC/member server and who
its members are, which user accounts have no passwords,
etc.

i want to use this basicall to audit my AD domain to clean
it up security wise.
