Monitor won't start

I have a Sceptre NAGA monitor attached to my desktop
running WIN XP. When I turn the PC on the monitor doesn't
come on so I have to recycle its power button several
times to get it to work. I've used several VGA cards that
work well with other monitors but I keep getting the same
problem with the Sceptre. Any suggestions?
