Hi,

My PC keeps restarting, and after restarting, it gives me
the error message to send error report, and the report
leads me to a NAVIDA driver update.

After downloading the update, it still doesn't help, the
PC still keeps restarting due to a NAVIDA driver error.

Anyone knows why?

I'm assuming it's your Video drivers. Re-download the new driver to (say)
your desktop. Right click "My Computer" click Properties click Hardware
click Device Manager open Display Adapters, right click whatever is there
and click "Uninstall"
Restart your computer clicking F8 while it's booting to get into Safe Mode.
Select "VGA" option and enter. Sign in as usual (assuming your sign-in has
Administrator" privileges) then right click the desktop item (or wherever
you stored your new driver download) and install it.
Hopefully this should cure your problem.
When downloading new drivers you must first check the "Read me" to make sure
they are compatible with your system.

I hesitate to ask this, but...did you actually install the driver?
Downloading the driver just gets it on your computer. You have to install it
to make it work.
