Visit the website of the manufacturer of your video card, download and
install the latest Windows XP compatible drivers. If you have an onboard
video chip, then your motherboard manufacturer's website would have these
drivers.
And if you have a notebook or laptop PC, visit their website to download
the Windows XP video adapter drivers.

| When scrolling in a window, the image loads up slower than it should, I believe this is due to the refresh
rate of the monitor being lower than it should be. In order to try and fix this problem, I have tried to
change the settings of the monitor. However, Windows XP will not let me select settings different from the
default. How can I sort this out?
