I have had to restore my PC back to factory settings.
Since doing this, the monitor reads "out of frequency" and
then cuts off to a blank screen. Does anyone know how to
rectify this. PLEASE??

Either boot into safe mode and try to uninstall your video card/change the
video resolution or remote into the computer from another and change the
resolution that way. You could also hook up a larger/better monitor long
enough to fix the issue.

Out Of Frequency on your monitor means that your video card is pushing a
refresh rate (frequency) that is too great (usually - or out of range) for
the monitor in question.

Boot to safe mode and rest the graphics refresh rate to
something that will work.
