Monitor is in standby I think???

When turn on the computer everything looks fine then the
monitor's green light turns to an amber color and stays
blank. I have no idea. I have tried rebooting checking
cables. trying a different monitor same thing any ideas?

I'm in the process of trying to fix a similar
problem...if I fix it I'll give you an answer...sounds
like the same thing...graphics card adapter...hang in
there...I'll keep you posted...
