Monitor internet usage

I only want a program that will tell me how much i have downloaded and
preferable for it to show how much of my 15GB cap i have used.

Any one know of a program that does that or something similar?

15GB cap? Are you referring to a web site with limited monthly usage?

You may want to go to a site like Download.com and look around. I did a
casual search on it and a few things came up.

Try Karen's LAN Monitor.

However it shows all LAN transactions, not just through your ISP.

I have looked in www.download.com and did find a program i like and it
does most of the things that i need it to do and it seems to work
properly (-:

Your ISP that establishes the cap must have a way to measure the
traffic.. The data is available to them and they probably do/can make
it available to their customers. You might ask.

My ISP does provide the traffic data.

Yes my ISP does too, but i have to go onto there site it would be much
easier to just see on my pc
