Monitor desplaying lines on start up

Hey,

I have a 4 year old ViewSonic VG150B. On start up I can hear the
computers fans and disk spinning, I can even hear windows starting up,
but all the monitor is showing is different lines at different points
of the start up. I don't know what to do, I don't know if it is
just the monitor, or something that I installed. It started to do this
around the time that I installed ObjectDock, but I uninstalled
ObjectDock, but still booted up with the lines. The most confusing
part about it is that once I turn the monitor off and back on again it
works fine, but only after windows has booted up. Can someone please
help me! Thanks! If there is any more info needed just ask!

Try another monitor and see if it replicates

With some monitors thats actually normal,what youre viewing are shadows
from the damper wires used to stabilize the aperture grille.
