The reason for my question is an error message I get about som file
which cant be found when I'am shutting down. The error message is
shown such a short time that I dont have chance to read it.

Not always, but generally this means a virus or spyware running.
Update antivirus software and run a full system scan.
Update all antispyware software and run scans.
Right before you shut down, open Task Manager and see what's running. Look
at both Applications and Processess tabs. Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
Also look in the Event Viewer for any errors...
Start | Run | Type: eventvwr | Clcik OK
