I would like to use the default "Account" form as a template to design a form that meets my specific needs. I tried this already and ran into several problems. Is this possible or does Business Contact Manager treat this form differently than standard outlook forms

If I can change it, is there certain features that BCM is looking for that must be present?

Yes, it's different. BCM forms officially are not customizable. I spent
some time during the beta trying to develop some custom forms and didn't get
very far.

No, BCM forms are not customizable. Remember that they're actually writing
data to an MSDE database.
