I accidentally changed the File location for clipart in
the File Locations tab to a specific foler. It used to be
blank in the Location column so that any time I would
insert a picture from a folder it would go back to that
same folder the next time I needed to insert a picture.
It was going back to the most recent visited folder but
now it is going to the selected folder in the File
Location windows. I want to make it blank again. Anyone
know how?

Hi, Cindy,

There should be a Support.dot template (that's in Word 2002 and 2003;
it's named Support9.dot if you have Word 2000) in the folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office <x>\Macros
where <x> is 9, 10, or 11. Double-click that file's icon. (If the file
isn't there, you need to go through Setup to install it; see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=820917 for
instructions.)

Start the Registry Options macro from the button in the document.
Select the Picture-Path item, completely clear the Setting box, click
the Change button, and then click the Close button. Shut down and
restart Word, and the location should be blank.
