modify "contemporary fax" template?

I would like to move the address, etc. box to the right hand side top and ADD
a company logo to the left hand top of the "contemporary fax" template. Is
this possible and if so how?
 
Any template can be modified. Do you have specific questions about how to do
what you're trying to do?
