I read in the knowledge base that the 2003 contact form
layout is from 2002, not 2003. Is there any way to
modify the 2003 version of the form? Thanks.

The Outlook 2003 contact form can be customized in the exact same way
as in any other version of Outlook. The only thing missing when you go
into design mode is the new picture control in the contact form. That
you manipulate with the ContactItem.AddPicture, .RemovePicture and
..HasPicture properties. The picture is stored as an attachment in the
ContactItem.

Ken,

Actually, that's not totally true. The contact template
that is opened within 2003 is actually the 2002 template.
According to the knowledge base, this is a known issue /
mistake. I was hoping to find a work-around so I could
simply make a minor change to the 2003 layout (rather
than completly re-doing the 2002 template to look like
the 2003 template). So I guess the real question is: Is
there a 2003 contact template floating around....

Thanks. James
