modem problem:opening the modem device failed with error code 0000

Hi,

I have trouble using a modem (external satellite terminal on rs232 port).

The mdoem is set as generic 19200 bps modem using mdmgen.inf

A modem test query results in:

"opening the modem device failed with error code 00000005"

Does anybody know the meaning of this code or where MS lists modem error
codes.
