I recently upgraded my compuer from Windows ME to Windows
XP Pro. I am having alot of problems getting my modem
working. I have tried 2 so far and both are suppose to
work with XP, at least there are driver for XP but they
do come up with Digital Signature warning. I checked out
a few tips from Microsoft but I am having no luck. Is
there something I am missing or is there so kind of
glitch I need to get around?

Hello

Modem should work fine, but also when you upgrade
instaed of doing a clean install you do bring over prior
issue's. When ever upgrading to a different OS best
way to go oabout is to do a clean install.

About the signature file you can just click ok and your
modem should work fine provided it supports XP

Try deleting (remove) the modem in device manager. Reboot
and it should be properly detected and the correct drivers
installed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both a few times but
still no luck. Do you think if I do a Windows Repair
install it might help?

I would not jump on the reinstall method until you've tried
some other steps...
Look on http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xpr.htm for regedits
that address the issue.

Is there a specific article I should be looking for? I
did notice the one that took you to Microsoft's site and
I have already tried this suggestions.
