modem installation problem

Hi,
I have an old modem (model:Rockwell,conextant,56k,v92),when i try to install it in
XP, i recieve a message (something like:"This driver is not signed digitally")
and i'm not able to install it. Please help me

Check the manufacturer's WEBsite for XP compliant drivers. If none is
available, look for Windows 2000 drivers, which may work.
 
This could be normal behavior if XP is set to "block" installation of
unsigned drivers. The default option is set to "warn", but you may want to
check nevertheless. Open up system properties, then click the hardware tab,
then click driver signing, the next dialog box to open will let you choose
the default behavior that XP will take in regards to installing unsigned
drivers. Change it if need be.
