I recently upgraded to SP1 and am now experiencing a
problem with regard to Comm Port Use. My modem is assigned
to Comm Port 2, but reports a conflict when trying to dial
via the port. It works ok for standard internet
connection, but hyperterminal is not connecting via the
port either.
Most logical explanaation I've been given is that the port
is being accessed by an alternative service, can I find
out :-
a If this is the case
b What is causing the conflict
