Mobile phone tools

Every time I try to start the apllication I receive this message: "Comm port
Installation failed". Before I was using this application without problem.
This problem occurs after I install the software for my PDA. What should I do?
 
Remove and re-insatll the mobile tools. They could be trying to use the
same comm ports.
