missing VSUserControlHostLib??

I downloaded a sample addin project from MSDN which makes a reference to
VSUserControlHostLib. Only, it doesn't exist on my machine and I can't find
anywhere on the web to download it.

The identity suggests it's for the the v1.0 framework... so what do we use for
v1.1??
