missing toolbar when on-line

my toolbar appears on the bottom of my screen as it
should be, however, when i go on-line it disapears!
how do i correct this problem?

Hi Marvin,

If you are speaking of the Status Bar:

Go to Windows Explorer/View/Status Bar. Then go to Tools/Folder
Options/View/Apply to all folders. Works for IE as well.
