Missing tasklist.,exe

Can someone tell me where I can get the TASKLIST.EXE file
that lists running processes. Before XP it was called
TLIST.EXE.

It is not on my hard drive or on the WINXP reinstall CD or
available as a Microsoft downlad. I need this file to
troubleshoot a problem.

Are you simply trying to look at what is running? In that case,
Alt-Ctrl-Del will work.

There are both taskman.exe and taskmgr.exe in \i386, but I don't know
what they do, and am not about to try running them to find out.

How can I make it more clear? I am missing TASKLIST.EXE
on my hard drive, and reiinstall CD and it is not
available as a Microsoft download.

I just want to know where I can get this file. It is a
well-known file.
