Missing Standard Modem

I have XP Pro SP2 and need to use the standard modem to connect to my
Blackberry 3G modem.

Only problem is that there is no Standard Modem, only the internal modem and
another PCMCIA modem card.

If I go to Add modem there is no option to add anything.

Any ideas would be much appreciated on fixing this.

Why isn't the internal modem a "standard" modem?
