missing .sll file how can I replace it..?

When I open outlook 2003 I get a missing file message. Tells me to
detect/repair, which I have done, but it still happens.

Where can I find the msorroams.dll file ..?

Could that file possibly be from an addin you've installed?

find and delete extend.dat and see if it goes away.
