missing shimgvw.dll file?

Hi, 1st timer. When I receive an email with an attached file containing a pic
I get an error msg stating that I'm missing my
c:\windows\system32\shimgvw.dll file. I went and looked but it is there. This
problem started after sp2 was downloaded. I did find an article ID # 327833
(on microsoft site) and it suggested: start-run-type "regsur32
systemroot%\system32". but that did not help. how do i go about
replaceing/updateing this file so i can view my email attachments. Thankyou,

START|RUN, type...
regsvr32 /shimgvw.dll

and see what that does for you.

if u r not able to solve the problem through "regsvr32 /shimgvw.dll"
then you file may be currept so have to download new file from the
following website

http://www.dll-files.com/

download dll file and copy it to windows\system32 folder then write
"regsvr32 /shimgvw.dll" and restart windows
