I have a missing or corrupt conig/system file and am told to try to repair
using 'the original Xetup CD_ROM.' I never received this with the computer.
The manufacturer says I did. They say they cannot supply one after the fact.
Is there any way to obtain a new one?

Hi Mikey,

What is the exact error message you are seeing. Not all errors require
reinstalling from a system CD. As far as getting a new CD goes, the system
manufacturer is solely responsible for replacement parts. Microsoft only
replaces retail disks.

The original message was 'an internal error occured - ncorrupt config/system
file. Use original CD ROM to try ot restore.' I now have the machine booting.
Now we can boot the machine to the desktop but we cannot open any programs
includingg Explorer. But we can see all the file on 'MY Computer'

I sent an e mail to the manufacturer asking for the CD ROMs but donot expect
a response from Vicious PC
