Missing Security Update

KB896422 was installed via automatic updates. My uninstaller program has
shown it as corrupt so I have uninstalled it. It was described as 'critical'
so I would like to re-install it. I do not know how to do it. Windows
Update does not discover it as missing.

Thank you. That was exactly what I required, but it leads to two further questions! (1) I have downloaded and installed it but it does not show with the other security updates - why? (2) How should I have looked for this update for myself?
