Missing scrollbars in excel

A colleauge at work is missing their scrollbars in excel.
How do you restore them.

Hi Rhema
If you go to Tools on the menu bar and select Options and under the view
tab you'll see on the right hand side near the bottom options to select or
deselect the vertical and horizontal scroll bars

In Excel 97

Go to Tools/Options

Select the View tab

Check 'horizontal scroll bar'
Check 'vertical scroll bar
