Missing Scrollbar (Word 2007)

My vertical and horizontal scrollbars are missing. I don't see an option to
bring them back in the VIEW tab. Help!!

I'm using Office 2007.
 
Office Button Word Options Display Advanced Check the boxes Show Vertical
Show Horizontal Scrollbar
