Missing "Save As" options

When I right click a photo or something on a website because I want to save
it. I no longer have any options other than my recent documents, desktop, my
network places. What happened to all the other choices? No documents, my
photos, etc. Even the little "up arrow" is grayed out. Thanks.

There have been problems saving files in the proper format when the TIF
folders are too full. You might try emptying the cache and see if the
"Save As" options are restored..
