Missing report lines

I have a report on Access 2000 that when printed on a certain printer
occasionally the lines on the report are missing. If I open the report and
preview on another PC the lines are always there.

Does this sound like an Access problem? or a printer problem? I keep leaning
towards it being a printer problem, but am not yet 100% certain.

I haven't seen this with newer versions of Access but in version 2.0 it was
possible to lose lines if the Bottom Margin property was set smaller than
the printer could actually print.
 
Increase the current resolution setting on the printer where the lines fail
to appear.

Change the color of the lines being used to something other than black.
