missing remote/automatic updates tab from computer properties

I just upgraded my PC from Win2k pro to XP pro and I
wanted to allow remote desktop but when I went to the
system properties the remote tab and the automatic
updates tab is missing. Any idea on how to get the tabs
to appear?

Log in as an Admnistrative user?
 
I am logged in as an administrator. :-) when I started
there were three tabs missing the "System
Restore", "Automatic Updates" and " Remote" since my post
I've added buku updates to the system from the Microsoft
update page and now the System restore and Automatic
Updates are there but Remote is still missing.
