Missing Recycle Bin

weedugs \(removethis\)

I now have a "Norton Protected Recycle Bin" (with nothing
appraently in it) and no regular Recycle Bin. So I
haven't been able to empty the Bin for too long a time.
I couldn't find it in Windows Explorer or My Computer, so
I don't see how to reinstate it. Can someone help?

Try Disk Cleanup and check off the box to Recycle Bin.

If you need to empty Norton Protected Recycle Bin click Right on the icon,
then click Empty Recycle Bin, then again click Right on the bin icon and
click Empty Norton Protected Files (if you don't want to keep them, of
course).
