Missing program from "all programs" list.

I accidentally moved a program the the "all programs" list to my desktop
and would like to move it back, the file in question does show up under
Explorer/Programs, how do I get it back in the list?

You presumably moved a *shortcut* to the program, not the program itself.
Move (or copy, whichever you prefer) it to the folder F:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

You could just drag it and drop it.
