missing pic/fax viewer

Explorer --> double click on image --> pic viewer.
Well, it doesnt work.
I think I lost my "pictures and fax viewer" file.
How can I get it back? What is its name in Xp (thumbvw.dll ? )

look for restore picture to start menu,then look for
restore fax viewer,open em up.
 
Hello,

Where exactly can I find the "restore picture to start menu"? I want to have it listed on the start menu under all programs and don't know how to do that since I had to reinstall everything after my computer crashed. Windows Picture and Fax Viewer used to be listed under my start menu.
