I discovered that Net Meeting wasn't installed. I originally upgraded from
Windows 2000 to XP then to SP1. The best advice I received was to execute
msnetmtg.inf but doing so requires SP1, which I no longer have and the SP2
install discs won't work. How do I install netmeeting?

Go to Start > Run and type: CONF , and hit enter
to launch NetMeeting.

The program folder is missing. conf.exe is nowhere to be found on my hard
drive.

Maybe search for conf.exe on your XP CD in the i386 folder
and then copy it to C:\Program Files\NetMeeting
(you may have to create the NetMeeting folder first)
and then double click on that copied conf.exe

Maybe it's just because you have your XP settings set not to show you your
Program Files folder....
