Missing "mscoree.dll" file

After running a program integrity scan, the following message appeared

Missing File: "C:\Install Shield\Professional\Run Time\0701\Intel 32\Dot Net Installer.exe" cannot access a necessary file
"mscoree.dll"

How can I restore this file and where exactly does it go

You may need to install the .net framework, see:
