missing module

AT START UP : Error loading C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll
The specified module could not be found>
Start Up is slow to boot up system, How do I find the missing module, and will finding it restore system efficiency.

Search for bridge.dll. It may show up as being in the
%SystemRoot%\Downloaded Program Files folder. When you open that
folder, it may not be visible even if you have unhidden hidden files
and folders.
Reboot into the Recovery Console from which bridge.dll will be
visible and delete it. Then, after booting into Windows, search for
and remove all references to bridge.dll in the registry.
