missing menu, tool & address bars

A Trojan Horse escaped detection by my Norton AV and
performed 2 browser hijack attempts. Moosoft's "The
Cleaner" found and killed the virus but the damage was
done: My IE6 menu, tool and address bars have vanished. I
un-installed and re-installed the browser with no effect.
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
