Missing Main menu (Explorer)

My main menu, tool bar, and address bar are all missing
from windows explorer, Below the window caption is just
the folders|Files workspace there is no "file edit view
ect... " I need help bringing the main menu back, I don't
know how is dissapperaed in the first place. This does
not affect IE or My Computer/Net Neightboorhood...
windows only windows opened with Explorer command, or
just useing shortcut to Explorer. thanks.
