MISSING MAIN DICTIONARY?

My spell checker (in Office 2007) does not flag any spelling errors at all.
How do I populate the Main Dictionary?
 
Dear Suzanne,

I just wanted to thank you so much for your advice. I am a college student
and I have been trying to resolve this issue for months, since every paper I
turn in must have zero spelling errors. I've tried uninstalling,
reinstalling, internet searches...everything. I called technical support and
apparently because I am student I am not deserving of their time unless I pay
50$ (see the part about being a college student). Thank you for saving my
grades!!
