Missing Language Pack Files

I've read other posts related to this, however the replies aren't helpful.
For whatever reason, I'm missing msmincho.ttc and possibly other language pack files from my windows/fonts directory, maybe they got deleted when I removed a virus - I need these in order to install Japanese and other language packs - does anyone know of somewhere to download missing files? I don't have a setup/restore disc with my computer, have searched Microsoft site but to no avail.
 
There are no downloads for those files. You'll need a Windows XP
CD, of the appropriate version, to install them.
