Missing Inbox in Outlook 2002

I just set up a mail account in the Control Panel, Mail icon with my ISP.
When I open Outlook, this is the message that I receive "Unable to display
the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location.
The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable
to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured."
I do not have an Inbox icon on the left side and do not have E-Mail Account
under the Tools menu. Any help you can give me I will appreciate.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
